The previous two editions of Books have been devoted to Christmas reading lists. This paper’s finest critics have sifted tirelessly through every available genre published this year, from page-turning thrillers to heavyweight biographies, to lay at your disposal the best available books for you to read during what our American friends call this Holiday season. Many other newspapers have followed suit, although obviously with inferior suggestions.
